Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

World Labs respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our Services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our Services, as defined under the Terms of Service ("TOS").
This policy is designed to comply with the safe harbor provisions of 17 USC 512. World Labs does not monitor user content for copyright infringement and relies on copyright holders to identify infringing material through this notice and takedown process. Capitalized terms not defined herein have the meanings set forth in our Terms of Service.

1. FILING A DMCA TAKEDOWN NOTICE
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible through our Services, you may notify our designated copyright agent by providing the following information in writing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (including URLs or other specific location information);
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; and
- Your physical or electronic signature.

2. COUNTER-NOTIFICATION PROCESS
We will notify users when their content is removed pursuant to a DMCA takedown notice and provide information about the counter-notification process. Account holders will receive notice before termination for repeat infringement.
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by providing our copyright agent with the following information:
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which World Labs may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person; and
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. We will restore the removed content within 14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking a restraining order or equivalent.
3. OTHER POLICIES
3.1 Repeat Infringer Policy.
World Labs maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than two valid DMCA takedown notices in a 12-month period. We will provide notice to users before account termination and an opportunity to respond.
3.2 Modifications to AI-Generated Content.
For content generated using our Services, users must ensure they have appropriate rights to any content processed through the Services and that generated outputs do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights. Users of our Services are responsible for their own compliance with Applicable Law, including without limitation copyrights.
